Palm Villa is ideally situated in Calabay Parc near Highlands Reserve Golf Course on US27, approximately 5 minutes North of Interstate 4, and 5 minutes South of US192. We are 15-20 minutes from Disney and about 25 minutes from Universal Studios and about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
The Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms are en-suites with direct access to the pool area and the two twin rooms share the main bathroom.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room with a breakfast bar; there is a formal dining room and also an informal dining area. The garage has been converted to a games room and is equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball Table and a safety Dart Board. There is also a laundry room. The pool (which can be heated at extra cost) overlooks a garden area and has a covered Lanai and Pool furniture.
There are restaurants, a gas station, a Publix supermarket, chemist and bank a couple of minutes away by car and many more eating places on the US192 and Interstate 4. We strongly recommend a trip to Manny’s Chop House which is about 15 minutes south on the US27 near Southern Dunes Golf Course and Wal-Mart.
